Loulou’s journey from Milsons Point, the CBD – now to Terminal 3.

When Etymon opened Loulou in Milsons Point, our vision was simple: bring authentic French boulangerie and bistro culture to Sydney’s communities. Fast forward to today, and we’re preparing to serve our croissants and coffee to travellers from across Australia.

The full T3 Sydney Domestic Terminal dining lineup has been unveiled – a curated collection of Sydney’s finest establishments opening from late 2025 – and Loulou was amongst the first brands announced for this transformation.

A destination before your destination, travellers will be able to sit and wait, bringing the romance of Paris café culture to the airport experience, grab and go traditional French pastries, rotisserie baguettes, and boulangerie goods and luxury gift items.

What started as a local boulangerie is now expanding to one of Australia’s busiest travel hubs. Our recent Martin Place Bistro success, Petit Loulou opening at the beginning of the year, and continued support of our Lavender Bay location showed us the appetite for genuine French hospitality beyond our original neighbourhood – and now we’re taking that philosophy nationwide.

As our CEO Adam Petta puts it: “We are excited for our humble neighbourhood French hospitality to come to the new Airport Precinct. For us, this forms a pivotal piece in Loulou’s growth strategy, allowing us to have our brand recognised alongside some of Australia’s most successful hospitality operators.”
