Our venues and services speak volumes about us. With a fresh approach, we want to elevate the standards and level of sophistication always. Our philosophy is simple and honest – people should leave our establishments happier than when they came in.
Freshly baked breads, pastries, and a gourmet deli selection, along with artisanal products – available from early morning to late afternoon.
Neighbourhood bistro inspired by the delis of Europe and the bistros of New York, drawing influence from our Parisian favourites.
Perched above Martin Place metro at the iconic 1 Elizabeth Street, Petit Loulou is a haven for pastry and coffee lovers. Here, our signature French butter croissants and delicate viennoiseries—alongside petite tarts, rotisserie chicken baguettes, Niçoise salads, and our much-loved sausage rolls—take centre stage. Designed with the city’s rhythm in mind, Petit Loulou is perfect for those on the move with a focus on take-away, but some charming al fresco setting invites guests to linger a little longer.
Loulou Martin Place evokes the relaxed bistros of Paris and New York, just like its Milsons Point sibling. The 130-seater bistro and bar flows over two split levels and spills out along Elizabeth Street, the perfect Parisian-style vantage point for people watching. The menu reflects Loulou’s signature style – a lighter take on contemporary and classic French dishes, inspired by the south of France.
Restaurant & bar where old world hospitality meets new world sensibility.
A hidden, dim-lit world where lunch dissolves into night and martinis come with music. This is old-school hospitality told through…
Fire, wood and charcoal are at the heart of Poetica, a refined and relaxed modern Sydney bar and grill.
A little piece of France before take-off.
Loulou has landed at Sydney Airport’s T3 Qantas Domestic Terminal – bringing our brand’s famous French pastries, classics and convivial spirit to travellers on the move.
Pick up a butter croissant and coffee, a baguette for the flight, or sit down to a
Sandwich Américain before boarding. Fresh viennoiseries, hand-made pies and petit fours round out a menu designed equally for the gate bag and the gift box.
As the day winds down, the venue shifts into a wine bar: charcuterie, parfait and cheese plates, a glass of something good. A quiet nod to the spirit of our original neighbourhood locations, reimagined for the departure terminal.
