Congratulations to The Charles Brasserie & Bar, Loulou Bistro Milsons Point and Loulou Bistro Martin Place.

We’re honoured to announce three One Hats across Etymon venues in the 2026 Good Food Guide.

The Charles Brasserie & Bar has held its Hat since opening, this year scoring 15.5/20 and earning a place in the Critics’ Pick magazine. The write-up recognises what we’ve built and notes our increased focus on grill and direct flame cooking.

Both Loulou Bistros earned One Hat. Milsons Point continues its run since 2021, whilst Martin Place claimed its first just months after opening. Two venues, one standard – that consistency matters when it comes to French flavours and warm hospitality.

These awards reflect years of work: sourcing better, training thoughtfully, always caring. Our teams show up, our suppliers back it, our guests notice.
