Our take on the French-Belgian classic swaps the usual slices of steak for a medium-rare Haverick Meats beef patty, piled with hot frites and finished with sauce andalouse — all tucked into a baguette baked fresh by our Loulou bakery team. It has been a top seller and a fixture on the menu since day one.
