Loulou just had the biggest week in its history. Just a few days apart, the Etymon Hospitality team opened two new venues. Not one – two. From a single bistro, boulangerie and traiteur in Milsons Point, the brand now has six locations across Sydney.

What’s new à la famille?

Loulou has taken off – literally. Our debut at Sydney Airport’s T3 Domestic Terminal (Qantas) brings French pastries, classics and a taste of the neighbourhood to travellers for the first time. Fresh viennoiseries, baguettes, the Sandwich Américain and handmade pies through the day — and as the evening rolls in, wine, charcuterie and cheese before the gate. A little joie de vivre before take-off.

We’ve also welcomed Café Loulou to North Sydney. Designed by COX with a statement spiral staircase, Parisian-inspired interior and a sun-lit street terrace spilling onto McLaren Street, this is Loulou all day long. Morning viennoiserie and coffee, plated breakfast, lunch, steak frites, John Dory with champagne sauce, and l’apéro come evening. Walker Street has taken to it like it was always meant to be there.

This is what the Loulou brand looks like in full stride — growing into new parts of the city without losing an ounce of what makes it special. We couldn’t be more proud.

To everyone who showed up — thank you. That means the world.
