Deep In The Weeds podcast – Like Father, Like Son – interview with Sebastian Lutard

Sebastian Lutard, Culinary Director at Etymon was interviewed by Anthony Huckstep in late 2021 and you can enjoy his interview ‘Like Father, Like Son’ which featured on the Deep in the Weeds podcast.

During the pandemic, the Deep In The Weeds food podcast was started to give the hospitality industry a voice. Co-founder and host Anthony Huckstep is a food writer and restaurant critic with a passion for producers, restaurants, food & drink and hospitality. Anthony created this podcast to change the conversation of food in Australia and globally with those individuals colouring our culinary landscape.

With fond memories of growing up in France and under the tutelage of his father, a renowned pastry chef, Sebastian Lutaud (Loulou Bistro) felt a natural magnetism to the hospitality industry. After years working in large groups with huge venues, he’s now reimagining the memories of his childhood in a venue that celebrates the sophisticated simplicity of French bistro cooking, charcuteries and, of course, baking too.
