A refreshing Hennessy VS sidecar cocktail sets the tone for the evening, followed by a baked scallop with a velvety Velouté of truffle and parmesan and paired with the Hennessy VSOP Cognac.  

The second course features a succulent pork loin complemented by grains, hazelnuts, and the rich essence of sauce Périgueux. The intricate flavours of this dish find harmony with the distinguished Hennessy X.O Cognac.  

Let the complexity of the Hennessy XXO Cognac enhance the depth and sophistication of the third course – aged pigeon which is combined with black garlic, celeriac, and chestnuts.   

To finish, the rare and exceptional Hennessy Paradis Cognac perfectly complements the savarin aux fruits flambéed with a delightful medley of citrus, vanilla, and a touch of cognac.
