Introducing
House of 66
Ring in 2024 at House of 66, Sydney’s Ultimate NYE Party, begin the evening drinking and dining at The Charles Grand Brasserie & Bar, before heading downstairs for the afterparty at TIVA lounge. Celebrate New Year’s Eve 2023–24, at The Charles Bar and Brasserie and basement lounge Tiva are coming together for House of 66, a party taking over all three spaces. Each area will offer a unique, curated experience, with different ticket tiers offering access to one, two, or all three spaces, plus food and beverages. It all culminates in an afterparty at Tiva, which runs all the way through until 4am.
The Full House – $180pp
Begin the night at The Charles Brasserie, where you’ll choose between a French 75 cocktail made with Moet & Chandon Champagne or a Four Pillars Gin Martini. From there you’ll be served a three-course menu. The Full House tickets include entry to The Charles Bar, where a DJ will play until late, and there’ll be a Moet & Chandon Champagne tower to celebrate at midnight. This ticket tier also includes access to the mirror-ball-themed afterparty downstairs at Tiva, with live entertainment from renowned International DJ Frank Booker & friends.
Silver Package – $140pp
Enter to The Charles Bar as trays of canapes will roam the room, and “Marty” the Four Pillars Martini cart will be serving you a Four Pillars gin Martini on arrival. A live DJ will play through the night and ring in the new year, alongside a midnight Moet & Chandon Champagne tower. Silver Package tickets also includes access to the afterparty at Tiva downstairs, with entertainment from international DJ Frank Booker and friends until 4am.
Bronze Package – $80pp
The Bronze package is your ticket to Tiva’s mirror-ball-themed party and dancefloor and includes a welcome cocktail on arrival. International DJ Frank Booker and friends will provide the live entertainment as you dance the night away, enjoy Moet & Chandon Champagne or go large with bottle service packages.
NYE Festivities at Loulou Bistro
For New Year’s Eve, toast to the new year with our exquisite a la carte menu curated by our head chef Ned Parker. Enjoy house favourites such as Baked scallops, vadouvan, duchess potato, our Steak tartare classique with potato crisps, or the 600g bone in wagyu sirloin with sauce Bordelaise. Finish with something sweet like our Mont blanc with Pedro Ximénez & raisin or Mousse au chocolat with hazelnut. After dinner, walk down to the harbour and watch the iconic Sydney fireworks display as they light up Lavender Bay.

NYE Hampers from Loulou
For The NYE hamper expect some Loulou classics from the traiteur such as Chicken Liver Parfait, Brioche and other delicacies before moving onto the main, coming straight from the Bistro. To treat yourself, you can also elevate the hamper with the lobster with sauce aux crevette. For an indulgent finish, treat yourself to a selection of desserts from our Boulangerie team.
Our hampers feed up to 6-8 guests. Pre-orders are require for pickup.
