Head Sommelier Maxime Bellon has worked alongside Executive Chef Billy Hannigan to curate a menu to pair with 5 remarkable wines from Valenciso.  

You will be welcomed with a canape and the aromatic Valenciso Rioja Blanco 2022 before being asked to take your seat to experience 3-courses and 4 paired wines. Highlights of the evening include the Oxtail agnolotti, smoked bone marrow, grilled onions paired with Valenciso Rioja Cemento 2020 and the Lamb leg, ratatouille vinaigrette Paired with Valenciso Rioja Reserva 2016 & Valenciso Rioja Reserva 10 Años Después 2012. 

The Rioja wine region is renowned for its bold reds and refined aging process, which complements Valenciso’s meticulous approach to winemaking and is a testament to Spanish viticulture. 

Valenciso has risen to become a leading light among Rioja’s small yet growing band of terroir-focused producers. A boutique winery situated in the Rioja Alta – Ollauri, Valenciso is celebrated for its dedication to traditional winemaking techniques and capturing the essence of Rioja’s terroir.
