Last Monday, we hosted our very first Etymon staff cocktail competition at the Four Pillars Lab in Surry Hills. We had our top 9 shaking, straining and pouring out there best cocktails for our three judges, surrounded by a rather impressive turn out of Etymon team members.

Although all 9 performed exceptionally well, there can only be 3!

Our top 3 cocktails & winners are;

Yuzu & Mango Martini
Four Pillars Fresh Yuzu gin, OSCAR.697 mango washed vermouth, sherry, saline 
served with chocolate olive
